Supports hard cider production from apple pressing and fermentation through blending, bottling, packaging, and shipping preparation. Monitors fermentation, maintains quality-control records, cleans and sanitizes equipment, and keeps the production warehouse orderly. The role may also assist with apple harvest, orchard maintenance, beverage sales, stocking, and equipment operation during the seasonal festival. This part- to full-time position requires schedule flexibility, physical lifting, and willingness to work weekends.
