Designs and maintains scalable enterprise data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Responsibilities include developing Python-based data solutions, optimizing Fabric warehouses and lakehouses, implementing governance, security, lineage, monitoring, and CI/CD, and integrating diverse data sources. The role partners with data science, machine learning, business intelligence, engineering, and business teams to support analytics and model training while improving platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Own creative strategy and experimentation across paid growth channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Develop performance-driven creative briefs, testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and learning repositories. Use analytics and CRO principles to improve the journey from ad impression through landing-page conversion. Partner with paid channel leads, creative teams, and marketing leadership to translate performance data into creative direction, prioritize experiments, communicate results, and establish scalable processes.

Lead DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure strategy for Vagaro’s Azure cloud platform. Responsibilities include architecting scalable Azure infrastructure, establishing CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, observability, SRE practices, disaster recovery, FinOps, and platform security. The role partners across Security and Engineering while inspiring and developing engineering teams supporting large-scale, mission-critical SaaS.
