Senior Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for contract and direct-hire finance and accounting roles. Partner with sales and business stakeholders, conduct regular interviews, maintain candidate records in Bullhorn, generate leads, and collaborate across teams to fulfill open job orders.

Lead enterprise technology account development: identify and qualify consulting and staffing opportunities, run discovery and SOW creation, assemble delivery squads with recruiters and delivery leads, drive account growth and cross-selling, track pipeline and performance in Bullhorn, and ensure successful engagement delivery.

Lead client acquisition and revenue growth for technology staffing: prospect and develop client relationships, generate and manage job orders from intake to fulfillment, collaborate with recruiters and cross-sell services, and log activity in Bullhorn to meet performance targets.
