Source, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire accounting and finance roles. Conduct regular interviews, maintain candidate skills matrix, log activity in Bullhorn, generate leads to support business development, and collaborate with sales and stakeholders to fulfill job orders.

Drive new business and client relationships for staffing and consulting engagements in accounting and finance. Work with recruitment teams to source and fulfill interim and project roles, manage opportunities end-to-end, maintain target account lists, conduct client visits, and track market/hiring trends to meet revenue goals.

Generate sales and increase revenue by developing client relationships and managing accounting and finance job orders from intake to fulfillment. Prospect via phone, ads, email, social media, and in-person meetings. Use Bullhorn to log activity, collaborate with recruiters, cross-sell across practices, and meet weekly new job order targets.
