Build executive relationships, uncover transformation opportunities, develop account strategies, lead discovery and commercial negotiations, and convert needs into consulting engagements, project teams, and SOWs. Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and practice leaders to shape solutions, maintain client satisfaction, cross-sell capabilities, and achieve revenue and gross-margin targets while managing pipeline and forecasts in Bullhorn.
