Pre-qualify and follow up with potential customers, schedule appointments, educate prospects about vacation ownership solutions, maintain accurate lead records, and meet daily and weekly performance goals. The role includes eight weeks of paid training and requires strong communication, customer service, computer, typing, and scheduling skills, including availability for evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
