Leads daily resort safety and physical security operations, including officer assignments, patrols, incident response, investigations, surveillance, access control, emergency preparedness, and safety training. Coaches security staff, ensures accurate documentation, supports vehicle and traffic safety, and partners with resort departments, law enforcement, and emergency responders to maintain a safe, service-focused guest environment.

Leads resort-wide safety, security, emergency response, incident investigations, safety programs, security technology, drills, inspections, and vehicle safety. Manages and develops security personnel, monitors resort access and traffic, tracks performance metrics, and partners with leadership, law enforcement, legal, risk management, and emergency responders. Balances risk management and enforcement with a guest-focused hospitality experience.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas, support room attendants with linens and supplies, collect and transport soiled linens and trash, assist laundry operations, replenish housekeeping supplies, report maintenance or safety issues, follow sanitation and safety procedures, and support other departments as needed to ensure excellent guest experiences.
