Provides front-desk membership support at a community wellness center. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, selling memberships, creating and linking accounts, explaining programs and policies, managing phone and email communications, processing transactions and cash, maintaining the service desk, opening and closing operations, troubleshooting Mindbody, and conducting facility tours.
