Hands-on graduate program focused on building Agentic AI solutions for real-world business problems. Participants learn prompt architecture, function calling, context and state management, RAG, guardrails, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows. The program includes mentorship, cloud tooling, Claude training, certification support, and a final solution presentation. High-performing graduates may be considered for V2 AI opportunities, including an Applied AI engineering pathway.

Lead the deployment, configuration, integration, and adoption of Claude Enterprise for a major financial services customer. Design Claude Cowork workflows, integrate enterprise systems and data sources, implement secure AI solutions, and identify automation opportunities. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable outcomes, provide implementation support, improve adoption, and share best practices. The role requires strong asset management experience and expertise in enterprise AI, security, governance, compliance, and regulated environments.
