Oversees administrative operations, customer relations, facilities coordination, and divisional support for an alumni relations organization. Supervises customer service and visitor engagement staff, manages service standards, staffing coverage, budgets, inventory, procurement, calendars, events, procedures, and facility resources. Partners with facilities, IT, security, and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and constituent experiences.

Leads the strategy, launch, and growth of a global UW-Madison alumni founders network. Builds entrepreneurial communities, volunteer leadership structures, engagement programs, campus partnerships, and constituent relationships. Uses Salesforce, data analysis, digital platforms, and engagement technologies to identify founders, increase participation, and measure impact. Manages budgets and resources, represents the organization at events, and serves as the primary liaison with the Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub. The hybrid role is based weekly in Madison and requires approximately 25% travel.

Administer, maintain, secure, and improve the NetSuite ERP platform. Responsibilities include user access management, workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, integrations, system optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, automation, documentation, and end-user training. The role partners closely with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, support implementations and upgrades, coordinate vendors, and improve financial and operational processes.
