Administers donor-restricted funds throughout their lifecycle, interprets gift agreements and governing documents, ensures compliance with donor intent and regulations, conducts compliance reviews, supports audits and governance initiatives, prepares analyses and reports, and improves fund administration processes, controls, procedures, and documentation. The role collaborates with Finance, Development, Legal, campus partners, and other stakeholders while coordinating strategic initiatives and technology enhancements.

Coordinates alumni engagement programs, events, projects, communications, constituent services, vendors, volunteers, and administrative workflows. Maintains project plans, schedules, records, budgets, and reporting; supports registration, event logistics, participant communications, customer service, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides onsite event assistance and helps resolve stakeholder issues while ensuring effective program delivery.

Supports College of Engineering development operations through donor and campus relations, stewardship programs, fund administration, CRM and constituent data management, gift reporting, donor visit logistics, gift agreement documentation, mailings, scheduling, and process improvement. The role also creates stewardship materials, coordinates events and communications, and responds to donor and campus inquiries.
