Litigation Attorney manages personal injury cases through all litigation phases, including legal strategy, settlement negotiations, depositions, motions, mediation, court appearances, and trial preparation. The role requires Texas bar licensure, 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, second-chair trial experience, contested motion and deposition experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The attorney will handle a high-volume docket, work more than 40 hours when needed, and travel lightly throughout Texas.
