Oversee fund and studio finance with the CFO, including budgeting, NAV, capital calls, LP reporting, treasury, audits, and carry mechanics. Lead regulatory readiness, AML/CFT policies, filings, board operations, vendor strategy, business continuity, hiring, compensation, immigration, and scalable operating systems across a regulated investment platform and venture studio.

Design, develop, and scale Utopia OS infrastructure; oversee full-stack applications, data pipelines, and integration of AI workflows while mentoring engineers and maintaining documentation.
