The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, preparing reports, handling confidential information, organizing meetings, and improving processes.

Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance, monitor client accounts, manage licensing, support onboarding and documentation, identify contract risks, maintain records, assist compliance program implementation, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
