Owns day-to-day Tel Aviv office operations, including vendors, facilities, supplies, purchasing, invoices, and administrative processes. Manages employee business travel, reimbursements, expenses, and the Mesh platform. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve operational issues, maintain efficient workflows, and support a well-run workplace in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and deploy scalable backend services using Go, Kubernetes on GCP, Pulumi, and PostgreSQL. Design end-to-end features, contribute to architectural decisions, and participate in design and code reviews. The role focuses on operating large-scale distributed systems for enterprise SaaS products, with preferred expertise in cryptography, networking, operating systems, and blockchain technology.

Lead full-cycle recruitment during an eight-month maternity leave contract, hiring across R&D, Product, GTM, and global teams. Responsibilities include developing hiring plans, partnering with leadership and hiring managers, building diverse candidate pipelines, managing candidate experience, using recruiting data and insights, and maintaining search momentum through close.
