Lead and mature GRC programs including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001/22301 certification cycles, continuous risk assessments across SaaS/cloud/digital-asset infrastructure, third-party risk management, security sales support and questionnaires, and organization-wide security awareness and training.

Serve as Utila's first LATAM Technical Support Engineer: investigate and resolve customer issues, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Customer Success, build processes, and provide structured reporting to ensure customer success.

Support full sales cycle as a technical partner: lead discovery, demos, integration scoping, RFP/RFI and security questionnaire responses, run technical deep-dives, advise technical stakeholders, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap while supporting compliance and operational reviews.
