Supports compensation program design, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, salary structures, incentive plans, and annual merit cycles. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation guidance. Maintains HRIS and reporting solutions, ensures data integrity, analyzes workforce and compensation data, manages budgets, and coordinates small to mid-scale HR projects including audits, retirement contributions, and incentive payouts.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve commercial general liability claims (primarily New York), draft coverage position letters, manage defenses for complex claims, handle some litigated files, attend mediations/trials, interpret laws and court decisions, and mentor junior team members.

Manage and resolve high-exposure, complex educational institution liability claims. Perform coverage analyses, reserve setting, litigation management, settlement negotiations, and ADR participation. Coordinate defense counsel, communicate with stakeholders, draft coverage position letters, and report claim evaluations to management while ensuring adherence to company claims procedures and legal developments.
