Support Controller and finance leadership with monthly close activities, prepare financial statements and variance analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows), build financial models for capital and investment decisions, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Supports compensation program design, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, salary structures, incentive plans, and annual merit cycles. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation guidance. Maintains HRIS and reporting solutions, ensures data integrity, analyzes workforce and compensation data, manages budgets, and coordinates small to mid-scale HR projects including audits, retirement contributions, and incentive payouts.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and resolve commercial general liability claims (primarily New York), draft coverage position letters, manage defenses for complex claims, handle some litigated files, attend mediations/trials, interpret laws and court decisions, and mentor junior team members.
