Lead strategy and execution for casualty insurance product lines across multiple states. Develop product roadmaps, launch products, expand markets, optimize pricing and segmentation, and modernize offerings through digitization and predictive analytics. Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and governance while leading product managers, analysts, stakeholders, and vendors. Manage rate and pricing changes, represent the company in regulatory and industry discussions, and mentor emerging talent.

Performs accounts receivable and credit and collections functions, including posting cash receipts, reconciling payment transactions, preparing bank deposits, processing payments in AS400 and OPEX systems, correcting misapplied payments, handling EFT requests, investigating returned mail, and supporting internal control reviews.

Serves as a virtual sales consultant and territory manager for independent insurance agencies. Builds territory sales plans, conducts discovery-based virtual sales calls, identifies growth opportunities, manages agency commitments, evaluates competitors, recommends insurance solutions, and uses CRM, quoting, analytics, and Power BI tools to monitor performance and drive profitable sales, retention, and market share.
