Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and decompose requirements, analyze and improve processes, recommend technology solutions, and manage moderate-complexity projects using tools like Wrike and ServiceNow. Provide mentoring, support ServiceNow/help desk items, track time/estimations, and ensure changes meet statutory and business deadlines.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial general liability claims (moderate complexity) for Southern jurisdictions. Analyze coverage, draft coverage position letters, manage defenses, handle some litigated files, attend mediations/trials, control expenses, and mentor junior team members.

Perform in-office accounts receivable tasks: post cash receipts, process remittances and deposits, reconcile daily payments (ACH/EFT/credit/check/IVR), handle misapplied payments and returned mail, enter EFT withdrawals, use AS400 and OPEX equipment, assist with return resolutions and internal control reporting.
