Partners with business and IT stakeholders to identify needs, elicit and document requirements, analyze processes, recommend technology solutions, and support projects. Manages moderate-complexity project activities, timelines, risks, and status reporting. Supports policy-processing changes, product development, ServiceNow and help desk requirements, workflow tracking, and process improvements. Provides guidance and mentoring to teammates while ensuring issues are resolved and statutory deadlines are met.

Handles serious and complex workers’ compensation claims, primarily in New York jurisdictions. Responsibilities include investigation, communication with insureds and attorneys, legal and coverage review, independent claims handling, settlement within authority, and occasional supervisory coverage. Requires claims-adjusting experience, lost-time claims knowledge, an adjuster license, and familiarity with New York jurisdictions.

Reviews premium audits prepared by staff and vendors, compares policy and prior-year information, researches state and company manual rules, resolves audit questions and disputes, communicates with agents and customers, and creates accurate audit statements in automated systems.
