Apply public health epidemiology, perform data analysis, interpret results, liaise across departments, and co-author publications and reports. Manage quality-improvement and longitudinal course projects: define milestones, timelines, resources, budgets; track deliverables and risks; support IRB approvals and data analysis; maintain databases and web content; develop and reconcile project grants; collaborate with CME and institutional stakeholders.

Establishes and manages Department of Emergency Medicine clinical research operations. Supervises nursing, technical, support, and trainee staff; oversees clinical research lifecycle, ensures research quality and regulatory compliance; verifies patient needs are met and evaluates care and performance for ongoing studies.

Manage administrative and HR functions for the School of Nursing research office; support faculty with grant development and submissions, post-award reporting, IRB coordination, database management (including CAYUSE), Hyperion variance reporting, website updates, scheduling, and general research operations to enhance the research mission.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot database-driven web and mobile applications using a PHP MVC framework and JavaScript. Build web services, design T-SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server, gather business requirements, assist developers with workflow routing, and produce end-user and technical documentation.

Support PI and senior research scientist in planning, developing, and implementing an acute and chronic HIV/HCV sentinel surveillance system. Ensure protocol adherence, conduct relevant research, prepare final reports and publications, and collaborate on project execution.

Lead and oversee interim and final quantitative analyses for a pilot HCV surveillance system. Gather, analyze, and interpret large, multi-site datasets, collaborate with investigators to produce reports, charts, and tables, and work independently to ensure data availability and project completion.
