Lead proactive business development and growth initiatives to expand ustwo’s client portfolio. Build prospecting frameworks, manage pipelines, qualify opportunities, develop senior client relationships, and translate client challenges into commercial opportunities. Partner with Client Partners, Marketing, and multidisciplinary teams on account strategies, campaigns, proposals, and thought leadership. Maintain CRM data, forecasting, and reporting while exploring AI-enabled tools to improve research and prospecting.

Coordinate front-of-house operations for ustwo’s London studio, welcoming visitors, managing supplies, bookings, vendors, facilities, and daily studio readiness. Support project administration, travel logistics, internal and international events, supplier coordination, budgets, and attendee communications. Help implement sustainable workplace and procurement practices while maintaining an organized, welcoming, and functional studio environment.

Lead and grow a £5M–£10M+ global enterprise account, owning commercial strategy, revenue, profitability, forecasting, executive relationships, and horizontal expansion. Partner with multidisciplinary strategy, technology, product, delivery, and design teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include proposals, contract negotiations, SOW development, account planning, strategic workshops, and frequent international travel across Europe and the United States.
