Owns and grows a multimillion-dollar client portfolio through strategic account leadership, horizontal expansion, relationship development, outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and executive stakeholder engagement. The role includes P&L ownership, forecasting, opportunity qualification, account planning, and collaboration with marketing and multidisciplinary digital teams. It requires developing new business within existing and cold accounts, shaping proposals, and delivering commercial growth across digital product, design, and technology services.

Leads product design for complex tools and platforms, championing user needs through research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, and end-to-end product strategy. Collaborates with clients, founders, and cross-functional teams to translate business and technical constraints into actionable designs. Uses AI-assisted design and development workflows, contributes production-ready front-end code, facilitates workshops and reviews, and guides teams through ambiguity with autonomy.

Leads proactive business development and growth across Northern Europe. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, building prospecting frameworks, managing pipelines and forecasts, engaging senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and partnering with Marketing, Client Partners, and studio leadership. The role also develops market insight, supports campaigns and thought leadership, and explores AI-enabled tools to improve prospecting and relationship development.
