Coordinates USRowing development camps and athlete programs, managing communications, registration, travel, accommodations, documentation, athlete information, and on-site event logistics. Serves as a primary contact for athletes, parents, coaches, and camp stakeholders while supporting smooth program execution and alignment with the athlete development pathway. Collaborates with coaches and directors to deliver organized, athlete-centered camp experiences and represents USRowing professionally.
