Handle inbound calls and emails from shipping customers and service providers, troubleshoot account and website issues, mediate disputes, educate users on products, and deliver positive customer experiences while feeding product and UX teams with customer feedback.

Lead design and delivery of resilient, scalable cloud-native services spanning teams and domains. Shape technical strategy, migrate legacy capabilities, build reusable frameworks and developer tooling, drive reliability and incident reviews, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Design, Security, Platform, and Data.

Serve as the primary technical contact for post-sales API onboarding and integration, leading Shopify and other eCommerce/ERP integrations, creating documentation and Postman collections, managing escalations, driving adoption and retention, collaborating with Product/Engineering/Marketing, and supporting select pre-sales technical validation.

Own and execute the company nd AI-driven organic search program cross verticals. Lead technical SEO, keyword and content strategy, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and reporting. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams to implement SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics and measure organic traffic, rankings, and conversion impact.

Build and maintain microservices and front-end features in a small agile team using modern JS frameworks and cloud-first practices. Deliver tested, production-ready code frequently, participate in code reviews, and apply domain-driven design and test-first development.

Lead multiple engineering teams owning delivery, technical quality, operational health, and talent development. Partner with product/design/architecture to shape roadmaps, drive modernization, enforce engineering best practices, and hire/coach leaders while improving reliability, security, and observability.
