Manages the full lifecycle of quality and compliance documents, including creation, review, approval, revision control, distribution, retention, and archiving. Maintains accurate QMS records in ERP systems and databases, supports ISO 9001 and external audit readiness, and identifies documentation gaps. Partners with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Shipping to resolve discrepancies, digitize paper inspection processes, and ensure records, certifications, forms, and inspection paperwork meet customer and internal requirements.

Receives and processes inbound materials, prepares outbound shipments, creates shipping documentation, inspects goods, maintains ERP inventory records, performs cycle counts, handles materials safely, investigates discrepancies, and supports physical inventories. The role operates on a manufacturing floor, coordinates with production and materials teams, applies 5S practices, maintains organized work areas, and follows safety and quality procedures.
