Provides administrative and technical support to wholesale insurance production teams. Responsibilities include corresponding with agents and carriers, preparing files, requesting endorsements, binding policies through portals, processing transactions in internal systems, invoicing, typing brokerage endorsements, and delivering timely customer service. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, basic typing, Windows software knowledge, and preferably basic property and casualty insurance knowledge.
