Identify and qualify prospects, conduct phone and email outreach, execute account-based go-to-market strategies, build relationships, support pipeline development, track sales activity, and meet recurring KPIs. The role partners with Account Executives and serves as an initial point of contact for prospective customers in a fast-paced, hybrid sales environment.

Leads global revenue accounting, commissions, quoting, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and cash application. Owns ASC 606 and ASC 340 compliance across SaaS, professional services, and usage-based models. Partners with Sales, Legal, RevOps, Finance, and executives on contract structure, controls, reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives. Develops accounting and quote analyst teams while improving revenue predictability, cash flow, DSO, and quote-to-cash processes.

Build and manage strategic partnerships and sales opportunities across the AI ecosystem. The role owns the full commercial process from outreach and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close. It also develops repeatable partnerships, improves pipeline and forecasting operations, evaluates project feasibility, and contributes market insights to shape UserTesting’s emerging AI Training business.
