Leads end-to-end AI training projects, from customer scoping through execution. Responsibilities include sourcing specialized contributors, managing contributor communities, designing operational workflows, tracking performance and project economics, communicating with customers, mitigating risks, and building scalable processes for a growing AI Training business.

Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities, conducts outbound and inbound prospect outreach, executes account-based go-to-market strategies with Account Executives, builds prospect relationships, supports pipeline development, tracks activities, and meets performance KPIs.

Administer enterprise IT systems and SaaS platforms while deploying and governing AI tools, MCP servers, and agent infrastructure. Manage service accounts, credentials, permissions, integrations, onboarding and offboarding, automation, documentation, and technical debt. Serve as an escalation point for complex ITSM issues, collaborate across Security, People Ops, and Engineering, and mentor IT Support staff on processes and troubleshooting.
