Advise on research best practices and methodology selection, translate research into practical guidance, support account planning and renewals, identify adoption risks, connect customers to internal teams, and maintain engagement documentation using tools like Planhat, Gong, and Salesforce.

Develop and execute integrated B2B content strategies across the customer lifecycle. Create research-driven thought leadership on AI, human insight, and emerging technologies; produce content across reports, articles, executive communications, customer stories, campaigns, webinars, and sales materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executives, customers, analysts, agencies, and research partners. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, use AI-assisted workflows, and optimize content based on performance data.
