Serve as the primary post-sale value partner for a portfolio of customers, driving adoption and repeat usage of UserTesting, advising on research best practices, enabling workflow integration, supporting renewals and expansion, and coordinating cross-functional resources to realize customer value.

The Insights Advisor will support customers post-sale by facilitating adoption, providing actionable insights, managing customer relationships, and driving platform engagement, while collaborating with Account Executives to enhance value realization.

Lead and coach a regional Account Executive team across Southeast Asia and India to drive new customer acquisition and expansion. Develop and execute regional sales strategy, manage pipeline and forecasting, coach consultative sales using MEDDPICC, build executive customer relationships, and partner cross-functionally to inform product and GTM strategy. Responsible for hitting regional revenue targets and fostering a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.
