Provide technical support to SaaS customers by diagnosing implementation issues across SDKs, APIs, and integrations. Explain product behavior, recommend best practices, develop workarounds, and escalate complex issues with clear context. The role also contributes to documentation and process improvements while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Generate qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, research target accounts, book discovery/demo calls for AEs, maintain HubSpot CRM, meet activity and pipeline targets, and collaborate with marketing and sales enablement.

Responsible for managing a high-volume EMEA customer book, driving engagement and retention using automated strategies, data analysis, and communication.
