Manage a large portfolio of accounts to enhance customer success using data-driven strategies and automation. Focus on engagement and retention by executing playbooks, monitoring account health, and coordinating feedback with internal teams.

Own and evolve Userpilot's agent platform: build runtime orchestration, hybrid retrieval, tool grounding, durable AI workflows, eval/observability and cost accounting, and ensure production reliability, spec-driven development, and cross-team architectural standards for agentic features.

Lead architecture and reliability for a distributed, real-time product platform. Own system design, incident response, infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes), observability, CI/CD quality gates, and documentation to enable safe agent-assisted development across squads.
