Senior Data Scientist responsible for solving complex, cross-functional business problems across marketing, revenue operations, finance, and product. The role develops predictive and statistical models, establishes analytical standards, leads analytics initiatives, mentors team members, and delivers forecasts and recommendations that improve company KPIs. The scientist will partner with executives, translate complex analyses into actionable strategy, and own analytics projects from problem definition through implementation.

Lead and scale the Data Engineering function, overseeing data platform modernization, integration architecture, data warehousing strategy, and team growth while ensuring reliability, compliance, and optimized pipelines for business impact.

Build and ship governed AI applications for departments across the organization using LLM APIs, MCP servers, and internal AI platforms. Partner with business teams, lead technical enablement sessions, advise on AI integrations, document reusable patterns, and contribute to AI infrastructure including gateways, RAG, model operations, and evaluation frameworks. Ensure implementations meet security and governance standards while supporting use-case qualification and adoption reporting.
