Provide 1st/2nd-level IT support across global offices and remote users; administer productivity and security platforms; manage incidents, SLAs, and ticketing; support onboarding/offboarding and license allocation; maintain IT inventory, documentation, and automation workflows; improve internal IT infrastructure and employee experience.

Own and administer NetSuite and related finance systems, manage integrations (Chargebee, Yokoy, Pliant), resolve data issues, drive automation and controls, support billing/AR/AP/GL and month-end close, provide user support and training, and own the finance systems roadmap to scale operations.

The Chief of Staff will support the CPTO by managing strategic initiatives, operational execution, and administrative resources across the Product & Engineering organization, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
