Own and grow MCP Manager product: define roadmap, gather and analyze customer and usage data, write PRDs, collaborate with engineering and design, support GTM launches, and represent product externally while aligning decisions with Usercentrics' privacy strategy and business goals.

Own and administer NetSuite and related finance systems, manage integrations (Chargebee, Yokoy, Pliant), resolve data issues, drive automation and controls, support billing/AR/AP/GL and month-end close, provide user support and training, and own the finance systems roadmap to scale operations.

Provide 1st/2nd-level IT support across global offices and remote users; administer productivity and security platforms; manage incidents, SLAs, and ticketing; support onboarding/offboarding and license allocation; maintain IT inventory, documentation, and automation workflows; improve internal IT infrastructure and employee experience.
