Lead brand initiatives, art direction, event design, templates, guidelines, onboarding, lifecycle email, and product launches. Build generative visual tools using code and AI, establish scalable brand systems, and partner with design, product, marketing, and leadership to strengthen brand consistency and impact.

Own and optimize AI-driven data extraction workflows for insurance financial operations. Responsibilities include prompt engineering, improving accuracy and scalability, building testing and monitoring processes, supporting onboarding tooling, analyzing extraction metrics, troubleshooting user challenges, and creating reusable automation playbooks while collaborating with Product, Operations, Engineering, and customers.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Ascend’s core money movement products, including payments, invoicing, receivables, financing, payouts, integrations, and funds flow. Partner with customers, engineering, design, GTM, and operations to define technical requirements, build AI-powered automation, reduce manual financial workflows, and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, efficiency, revenue, and operational performance.
