Own the technical relationship for Amazon Connect customers, providing guidance, monitoring environments, managing SLAs and OLAs, coordinating incidents and changes, and leading service reviews. Advise on platform optimization, collaborate on enhancements, maintain documentation, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires strong communication, contact center expertise, AWS knowledge, project coordination, and occasional after-hours availability for maintenance and critical incidents.

Develop, configure, test, integrate, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions and web applications. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, collaborate across the software development lifecycle, resolve production issues, and integrate Amazon Connect with third-party and proprietary systems. The role requires React and web application development experience, with exposure to AWS, cloud contact center technologies, databases, and software development practices.
