Leads brand positioning, storytelling, content operations, audience growth, athlete narratives, and fandom across USA Triathlon’s brands. Builds editorial and production workflows, manages a small creative team, agencies, freelancers, budgets, and partner content. Develops stories supporting participation, membership, philanthropy, sponsorship, and revenue while complying with Olympic and Paralympic marketing guidelines. Requires strong leadership, creative direction, audience-building, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports nonprofit fundraising and development operations, including gift processing, Salesforce donor database administration, stewardship communications, fundraising campaigns, donor research, event logistics, ambassador engagement, board meeting preparation, and Foundation administration. The role also assists with digital content, donor storytelling, scheduling, travel, inventory, shipping, and on-site event execution. It requires on-site work in Colorado Springs, occasional travel, and weekend or evening work during peak events.
