Assists with managing a 280-unit affordable housing community by maintaining LIHTC and other regulatory compliance, processing applications and recertifications, handling rent and subsidy payments, supporting collections and financial reviews, responding to leasing inquiries, monitoring marketing, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining professional stakeholder relationships. Requires at least six months of on-site tax-credit property management experience, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Manages a 110-unit senior apartment community, supervising staff, maintaining occupancy and financial goals, collecting rents, managing LIHTC compliance, overseeing resident recertifications, coordinating maintenance and vendors, supporting leasing and marketing, preparing financial reports, and handling resident concerns. The manager also interviews, trains, coaches, and evaluates employees while maintaining positive relationships with residents, owners, investors, and regulatory agencies.

Assists with daily management of a 240-unit senior housing community. Responsibilities include LIHTC and other regulatory compliance, application and resident recertification processing, rent and subsidy posting, receivables collection, financial review, leasing inquiries, marketing support, resident relations, complaint handling, and safety compliance.
