Administers and supports enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, switching, and related network services across corporate and distributed operating locations. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Cisco infrastructure, monitoring performance, resolving outages, supporting Tier 2/3 incidents, maintaining documentation and asset records, coordinating vendors and carriers, and participating in change management, disaster recovery, and after-hours maintenance.

Leads industrial cleaning and refinery projects from kickoff through completion, overseeing safety, quality, schedules, crews, supervisors, operators, customers, vendors, and supporting teams. Reviews technical plans and procedures, resolves issues, ensures effective resource utilization, manages hazards and field audits, supports employee development, and responds to emergencies. The role requires frequent travel, extended and flexible hours, refinery fieldwork, and technical familiarity with equipment, plant operations, PIDs, and PFDs.

Manages the company’s multi-state workers’ compensation claims program, including investigations, reserves, litigation, medical management, return-to-work, settlements, and claim resolution. Coordinates with carriers, TPAs, counsel, brokers, medical providers, HR, HSE, Operations, and Finance. Supports insurance renewals, risk-financing programs, loss analysis, deductible and self-insured arrangements, and total-cost-of-risk reduction. Maintains confidential records, evaluates in-house claims, reconciles expenses, and escalates significant exposures. This is a fully remote role with periodic monthly or quarterly travel.
