Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics solutions: data modeling, ETL/pipelines, integrations with SaaS and visualization tools, mentor engineers, review code, support production systems, and drive technical strategy.

Provide administrative support for operations including cash handling, deposits, data entry, mail screening, onboarding, basic dispatch coverage, inventory/ECOMM assistance, errands/bank runs, facility upkeep, and occasional travel to other sites. Follow company policies and safety procedures while performing physical tasks like lifting and handling tires.

Design and maintain modular test automation frameworks, develop automated test scripts and exit criteria, execute and report tests via test management tools, integrate automation with CI/CD, track and resolve defects, facilitate business user testing, mentor QA team members, recommend testing tools, and lead test automation training.
