Lead multiple concurrent, complex client implementations and technical integrations (API, SFTP, AS2, MFT, EDI) across Breakthrough's platform. Own timelines, testing, troubleshooting, and client communication; collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements. Role may require monthly travel to Green Bay and occasional after-hours support during go-lives.

Develop sales territory and exceed profit goals through consultative sales, customer relationship management, and product introduction efforts. Analyze customer needs and maintain records while delivering high-quality customer service.

Lead program-level delivery for IGEN's technology transformation: integrate plans, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate Azure cloud migration, support Agile adoption, produce executive reporting, run cross-functional cadence, enforce delivery governance and compliance, embed AI productivity tools, and drive continuous improvement across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
