Provides reception, customer service, calendar and meeting coordination, filing, data entry, document preparation, office supply management, banking deposits, errands, and general administrative support for the owner and management team.

Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around construction zones. Sets up and removes signs, cones, paddles, and rumble strips; communicates with other flaggers and construction crews; monitors traffic flow; and identifies safety concerns. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, long periods of standing, physical lifting, weekend availability, travel, a valid driver’s license, background and drug screening, and a fit-for-duty exam.

Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic around construction sites, set up and remove temporary work zones and signage, communicate with crew and other flaggers via radios, ensure safety of workers and public, follow company safety manual, and perform related duties as assigned.
