Provide regional clinical oversight for in‑center hemodialysis operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient safety. Conduct audits, support corrective actions, train and mentor clinical staff, collaborate with leadership, and perform clinic rounding to improve outcomes and operational readiness.

Provide dialysis patient care under Charge Nurse supervision: collect blood samples, document treatments, review medications, report condition changes, assist with billing logs, train staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Coordinate clinic operations and patient care for a dialysis facility, support Administrator, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staff development, manage supplies/equipment, respond to emergencies, and support quality improvement and documentation.
