Leads the organization’s HR strategy and team while overseeing recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and talent development. Advises executives on workforce planning, organizational design, culture, and change management. Ensures employment-law compliance, manages policies and records, supports audits and legal matters, and reports people metrics to leadership.

Leads site operations across delivery, pickup, safety, and inventory while managing teams, schedules, resources, compliance, performance metrics, labor costs, audits, and continuous improvement. Partners with regional leadership on strategic initiatives, develops supervisors and emerging talent, supports succession planning, and maintains customer and partner satisfaction. Requires strong operational, financial, communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities, along with medical equipment industry knowledge and remote-management experience.
