It also involves adapting to changing priorities, maintaining professional customer service, and performing related duties.

Performs cardiac PET/CT and nuclear medicine diagnostic exams, administers radiopharmaceuticals, starts IVs, supervises treadmill testing, and ensures radiation safety. Maintains equipment quality control, dosimetry, hot lab records, regulatory compliance, and audit responses. Leads patient scheduling, communication, claim reconciliation, and volume management within a busy cardiology practice.

Posts and reconciles patient and insurance payments, verifies payment and insurance information, applies account adjustments, routes denied claims, and generates daily reconciliation reports. The representative identifies discrepancies, assists with cash-posting system issues, and supports accurate healthcare revenue-cycle operations while following billing, coding, medical terminology, and HIPAA requirements.
