Manages social content across Instagram, X, and LinkedIn; creates Canva graphics and video Reels; supports virtual programs and industry events; coordinates faculty and member communications; manages website content and job board inquiries; analyzes member reports; and facilitates occasional evening mentoring sessions.

Develops strategic account plans for life sciences clients, maps healthcare professional engagement opportunities to business objectives, supports prospecting and customer acquisition, manages stakeholder relationships, develops proposals and presentations, and guides sales opportunities through contract execution. Collaborates cross-functionally, provides customer and marketplace insights, and supports account expansion. Requires healthcare media experience, client-facing sales ability, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel within the United States.
