Manage tour operations across more than 50 cities by coordinating schedules and staffing, training and onboarding guides, optimizing availability, resolving scheduling conflicts, handling customer inquiries and refunds, and monitoring guest experiences. The role requires weekend and evening support, cross-time-zone coordination, proactive problem-solving, hospitality or logistics experience, U.S. residency, and English fluency.
