Oversee all supply chain onboarding and training for new Selectors and Drivers during their first 90 days. Lead and mentor trainers and new hires, coordinate classroom and floor training, perform observations, deliver coaching and feedback, track 30/60/90-day performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, ensure safety and productivity, collaborate with operations and HR, inspect facilities, report retention/performance trends, and support hiring and performance processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
