Develop into and assume Vice President of Operations responsibilities for a market by leading warehouse and transportation operations, driving safety, quality, cost-to-serve and customer experience, supporting change and continuous improvement, coaching teams, managing labor and union relationships, and delivering financial and operational results.

Coordinate lead assignments, new-customer onboarding, and retention efforts for an area. Analyze at-risk customers, produce reporting, administer user access, support Save Our Sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive new business and reduce churn.
