Accelerate into a Vice President of Operations role by supporting and executing distribution center and transportation operations. Partner with the VPO to drive safety, quality, cost-to-serve and customer experience, lead workforce development, standardize processes, and implement continuous improvement. Develop financial and labor management strategies, influence cross-functional partners, and prepare to assume full VPO responsibilities after meeting development objectives.

Support the Vice President of Operations to run distribution center and transportation operations, drive safety, quality, cost-to-serve and customer experience, lead continuous improvement and change efforts, develop teams, and assume a VPO role after training and achievement of developmental objectives.

Manage and grow a sales territory by nurturing existing foodservice accounts, acquiring new customers, delivering sales presentations, coordinating with internal teams, resolving delivery issues, and conducting regular on-site visits. Use market intelligence to identify prospects, support team-based selling, and drive case growth and incentives while maintaining excellent customer service.
