Teams at US Bank

Serve as primary client liaison for transfer agent services to mutual fund clients and shareholders. Build and maintain relationships, educate on products and digital tools, evaluate pricing, support adoption, ensure SEC/IRS compliance, partner on process improvements, resolve complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally, provide peer leadership, and promote continuous improvement and quality management.

Maintain and administer the FundSource application, interpret fund literature, set up and update fund data, process mailbox requests, review team work, support FundSource enhancement projects, and contribute to continuous improvement and documentation.

Lead design, prototype, and scale reusable data product accelerators and integration patterns across Snowflake, Databricks, and Power Platform. Drive platform adoption, tool rationalization, POCs, playbooks, and enablement while partnering with engineering, architecture, and governance to improve delivery consistency, observability, and safe AI adoption enterprise-wide.
