Oversees coordination, workflow management, service standards, metrics, communications, organizational change, and cross-functional execution while ensuring compliance, risk management, and effective stakeholder relationships.

Design, build, and modernize enterprise data platforms, lakehouses, warehouses, and scalable batch and streaming pipelines. Develop ETL/ELT frameworks, data models, metadata, lineage, and quality controls. Support cloud migration, governance, security, resiliency, and regulatory reporting. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, conduct design reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor team members. Solutions support analytics, AI/ML, fraud detection, business intelligence, and compliance needs.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and optimization of enterprise GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and cloud platforms. Builds scalable Python microservices, GenAIOps capabilities, monitoring and observability systems, CI/CD pipelines, and secure infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. Provides architectural direction, mentors engineering teams, and partners with product, business, risk, and security stakeholders to deliver reliable AI systems in regulated environments.
