Manage blockchain-enabled payment products from concept through ongoing enhancement. Define requirements, roadmaps, use cases, priorities, and success metrics; collaborate with technology, architecture, operations, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and business teams; support delivery, testing, implementation, and optimization; and monitor market trends, product performance, and client feedback in a regulated banking environment.

Conduct proactive outbound calls to business clients throughout the account lifecycle. Guide account funding, digital enrollment, debit card activation, bill pay, and money movement setup. Document outreach, resolve or escalate issues, answer banker questions, identify client needs, and refer opportunities to partner teams. Manage high call volumes while meeting contact, conversion, funding, and digital adoption goals.

Lead enterprise Technology Project Portfolio Management (PPM) strategy, roadmap, tools, integrations, reporting, and governance. Partner with Finance, HR, and technology leaders to align investments, capacity, demand, and workforce planning. Communicate portfolio insights and drive transformation, change management, and executive decision-making.
