Sources, assesses, and recruits diverse talent for U.S. Bancorp positions. Manages recruiting processes efficiently, identifies candidates through multiple channels, supports hiring managers and candidates, and coordinates recruiting activities with limited agency assistance. Reviews recruiting data and metrics, manages multiple deadlines, and uses talent acquisition tools and Microsoft Office to support business objectives.

Drives Agile delivery and continuous improvement for product teams through coaching, facilitation, sprint practices, backlog refinement, roadmapping, OKRs, dependency management, metrics, governance, and portfolio management. Partners with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and risk teams to align product strategy, customer discovery, experimentation, staffing, funding, vendor management, and delivery outcomes.

Manage relationships with high-value clients, grow and expand portfolios, identify new business opportunities, support sales processes, monitor profitability, and reduce client and revenue attrition. Partner with treasury management consultants and banking teams while conducting outbound calls and selling PMI products.
