Configure and improve JD Edwards ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. Partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, design functional solutions, manage integrations and data flows, coordinate testing and deployments, support implementations and upgrades, and resolve complex Tier 2 issues. The role also maintains documentation, supports change governance, and drives continuous process and system improvements.

Supports daily cattle handling and chute-side procedures, maintains accurate procedure records and data entry, prepares and sanitizes work areas, handles recipient and donor animals using low-stress techniques, manages procedure inventories, and provides client service. The role requires weekend rotations, physical work outdoors, lifting up to 50 pounds, strong organization and communication, and excellent cattle-handling skills.

Leads accounts receivable, credit, and working capital management, with ownership of DSO, aging, cash flow, collections, and credit risk. Manages the AR/Credit team, establishes KPIs, improves billing and cash application processes, and drives ERP, automation, and data workflow enhancements. Partners with Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and executive leadership to strengthen financial controls, improve payment experiences, and support scalable business growth.
