Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations, captures and evaluates sonographic images, presents preliminary findings to physicians, and documents patient and exam information. Assists with invasive procedures and emergency care, maintains imaging equipment, manages records in EMR and PACS systems, and supports patient positioning, education, and safety. Maintains HIPAA compliance and follows clinical, regulatory, and organizational policies.

Supervises clinical staff and supports physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering efficient, high-quality patient care. Oversees patient flow, chart reviews, referrals, medication refills, quality improvement, staff training, onboarding, meetings, dispensary logs, and medical supply inventory. Provides backup support across clinic functions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and organizational policies.

Performs pre-admission testing for ambulatory surgery patients, including intake, physical assessments, medical history interviews, EKGs, blood draws, medication administration, patient education, documentation, and perioperative care planning. Coordinates with surgeons, anesthesia teams, physician offices, patients, and support persons to ensure surgical readiness, safe care, discharge planning, and regulatory compliance.
