Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles: develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, manage ATS records and recruitment analytics, present qualified slates to hiring managers, and continuously improve processes while delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Provide radiation oncology care with a strong focus on prostate and genitourinary cancers, treating additional malignancies. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary cancer center with on-site medical oncology and imaging, coordinate care with urologists and external referrers, and support growth of the regional cancer program.
