Creates, directs, films, and edits engaging editorial, journalistic, and branded video content for francophone young adults. Responsibilities include developing formats, conducting pre-interviews, filming independently or with a crew, operating cameras, managing post-production, editing footage, sourcing music and archives, basic color grading and sound mixing, and collaborating with editorial and production teams. Requires flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assignments and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Coordinate digital and design projects from scoping through launch, ensuring budgets, timelines, deliverables, approvals, quality, and platform stability. Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, external clients, and technology and design resources. Manage briefs, documentation, maintenance, optimization, reporting, billing coordination, file organization, and project post-mortems. Provide digital support to departments and contribute to process improvements and performance analysis.
