Provide employment-focused case management for transition-age youth experiencing homelessness. Support trade school enrollment, job development, employer partnerships, resume/interview coaching, job retention, and coordinated care. Conduct assessments, create measurable employment plans, deliver workshops, maintain documentation and grant reporting, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance youth toward housing stability and independent living.
