Supports transitional-age youth with employment and income development through career assessments, employment plans, job coaching, trade-school enrollment, workshops, employer partnerships, and follow-along employment support. Collaborates with care teams, tracks employment retention, maintains compliant case documentation, provides vocational guidance, and helps youth overcome barriers using trauma-informed, youth-centered approaches.

Supports transition-aged youth experiencing homelessness with career exploration, employment readiness, trade school enrollment, job placement, and employment retention. Provides individualized assessments, employment planning, coaching, workshops, employer partnership development, and follow-along support. Collaborates with care teams, tracks employment milestones, maintains compliant case documentation, provides vocational guidance, and supports youth toward income development, housing stability, and independent living.
