Urban Pathways Benefits Overview

Directs facility operations for a homeless services program, overseeing maintenance, security, fire safety, kitchen operations, inventory, repairs, inspections, compliance, emergency response, staffing, purchasing, reporting, and operations personnel. Collaborates with social services and clinical teams to protect resident safety, manages contractors and work orders, supports recruiting and training, and provides 24-hour on-call coverage. The role also operates program vehicles and represents the organization in community and regulatory meetings.

Lead Urban Pathways' integrated marketing, communications, brand, and external engagement strategy. Manage storytelling, media relations, digital channels, and analytics to support fundraising, advocacy, and awareness. Partner with development and executive leadership, build and mentor a communications team, create donor-facing materials and campaign messaging, and establish scalable systems and KPIs to measure impact.

Support development operations by administering the CRM, processing gifts, maintaining donor records, preparing fundraising reports, coordinating reconciliations with finance, and providing event and stewardship logistics and administrative support.
