Design and develop BDG casual knit apparel from concept through final execution. Own fabric, wash, silhouette, color, graphics, fit, construction, and seasonal material direction while balancing creative vision with commercial goals. Analyze selling performance, collaborate with Buying and cross-functional partners, conduct fittings, manage product development, present design concepts, and use digital and AI-supported creative tools to improve visualization and workflow efficiency.

Manage wholesale footwear accounts across the full sales lifecycle, including sales and margin performance, market appointment preparation, order maintenance, product data and copy requirements, EDI readiness, weekly sales reporting, best-seller reviews, reorders, and online merchandising accuracy. The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, Excel skills, and seasonal travel.
