Client-facing technical leader who defines technical approaches, scopes projects, produces technical plans and documentation, supports pre-sales estimates, enables engineering teams, and contributes to innovation and process improvements for websites and web applications.

Manage day-to-day support for client websites: triage and prioritize tickets, translate requests into developer tasks, perform QA and content entry, maintain security and updates, communicate status to clients, and support senior PMs on larger projects while improving support processes and using PM and AI tools to increase efficiency.

Lead and scale delivery and internal operations for a mid-size digital agency: own project execution quality, capacity planning, PM function, business cadence (EOS), operational metrics, talent and culture, and support revenue functions to drive profitable growth.
