Coordinates communication between the kitchen and servers to ensure orders are accurate, properly garnished, safely prepared, and delivered promptly. The Expeditor manages meal timing, guest requests, allergies, food temperature, and order flow while supporting a positive restaurant experience. The role requires prior full-service restaurant kitchen experience, strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and daytime and weekend availability.

Provides part-time administrative and operational support for a restaurant group. Responsibilities include managing business licenses, permits, registrations, renewals, vendor communications, invoices, spreadsheets, reports, deadlines, compliance records, and process improvements across multiple locations and jurisdictions. The role also supports restaurant teams, government agencies, vendors, and changing operational projects while maintaining organization and follow-through.
