Provides strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and the Board, manages financial risk, ensures accurate fund and donor-restricted accounting, and leads, mentors, and develops the finance team. The role also oversees tax filings, including IRS Form 990, and supports long-term financial planning and organizational sustainability.
