Teams at Urban Alchemy

Plans and leads resource-focused community events serving people experiencing homelessness, poverty, mental health challenges, and addiction. Responsibilities include site planning, permits, staffing, partner coordination, safety and de-escalation, community outreach, resource referrals, data collection, impact reporting, and compliance. The role builds relationships with service providers, city partners, and community organizations while providing hands-on leadership in the field.
