Teams at Upway

Analyze and improve operational workflows, identify data-driven optimization opportunities, design processes and dashboards, maintain data quality, and manage and train warehouse technicians. Collaborate with Tech, Finance, and Marketing teams to support operational efficiency, customer experience, and company growth.

Run on-site full production days (4–5/month) to film, capture multi-angle coverage, and edit long-form (5–15 min) YouTube episodes and repurposed shorts. Collaborate with host and marketing to structure episodes, direct on set, optimize pacing and retention, and develop channel formats and visual consistency.

Own Upway’s leasing strategy and commercial performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Build and manage strategic enterprise partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, optimize purchasing, sell-through, and profitability, and improve leasing processes spanning invoicing, data, logistics, and warehousing. Identify AI and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scalability while maintaining high standards for quality, service, and execution.
