Lead and build the US B2B sourcing team to secure high-quality second-hand e-bikes from retail partners and buying groups. Develop and execute US B2B sourcing strategy, optimize team KPIs, deploy partner services and communications, and design scalable sales processes and CRM workflows while spending time in the field.

Support and improve core operational workflows for the Upcenter: collect, inspect, repair, ship e-bikes, manage on-floor associates, train teammates, meet targets, and collaborate across operations to scale the refurbishment process.

Lead end-to-end product design across supply, operations, and e-commerce. Run user research, produce production-ready pixel-perfect designs, evolve cross-product design systems, prototype rapidly (including using AI), collaborate with PMs and engineers, and shape long-term product vision.
