Lead and scale a large e‑bike workshop (future >100 mechanics). Own inspection, repair and quality control processes for many e‑bike types, hire and develop mechanics, optimize workshop workflows, and ensure bikes are delivery‑ready and technically excellent.

Lead the Equip vertical globally, owning P&L, supplier relationships, and go-to-market strategy. Build operational processes, optimize stock and delivery, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations and Marketing to launch features and drive revenue for accessories and customization.

Lead Benelux customer-facing operations across customer care, logistics, warranty, and new demand models. Manage a 15+ support team, own escalations and recovery, ensure quality, optimize inbound/outbound logistics and partner relationships, and implement operational improvements with product and central teams.
