Prospect and onboard bike shops, retailers, rental companies, and leasing firms; negotiate bulk purchasing deals; build long-term partner relationships; and support services such as pickup, maintenance, and B2B sales. The role requires extensive regional travel, data-driven territory planning, native Spanish, professional English, and strong B2B sales or business development experience.

Lead accounting for Upway’s multi-entity international operations, managing the accounting team, monthly and annual close, statutory reporting, intercompany reconciliations, inventory, revenue, AP/AR, VAT, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role will also build scalable accounting processes, automate reporting in NetSuite, and partner with FP&A, Operations, and leadership on expansion and finance projects.

Lead and mentor the Operations Specialist team overseeing e-bike refurbishment, inbound and shipping workflows. Optimize daily processes, productivity, and service timelines; ensure refurbished e-bikes meet quality standards; resolve bottlenecks; implement improvements; collaborate with mechanics and customer service; and maintain health, safety, and workshop best practices.
