Lead Upwardly Global’s major gifts and individual giving program, focusing on acquiring new major donors and personally closing six- and seven-figure gifts. Build a prospecting and qualification engine, manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, supervise and coach frontline fundraisers, and partner with executive, board, development operations, finance, communications, and program teams. Drive individual giving growth, pipeline management, donor stewardship, and strategic fundraising initiatives.

Leads Upwardly Global’s major gifts and individual giving program, focusing on acquiring new major donors, building prospect pipelines, personally closing six- and seven-figure gifts, and growing individual giving. The role manages donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, CRM-driven forecasting, and a team of frontline fundraisers. It partners with executives, board members, development operations, finance, communications, and program teams to expand philanthropic networks and increase annual individual giving from $2 million to $10 million.

Own end-to-end product design for an AI-powered career platform, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, conversational AI experiences, dashboards, and design-system development. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders; conduct usability testing; apply user research and data; and create accessible, mobile-first experiences for multilingual users.
