Supports payment processing, treasury operations, and cash and securities reconciliations. Monitors customer transactions and bank account balances, prepares reconciliation reports, investigates discrepancies, assists with customer queries and audits, and communicates with banking partners. The role requires strong analytical, investigative, communication, and deadline-management skills. Experience with data analysis, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is advantageous.

Own the CASS oversight framework covering client money and custody assets. Oversee reconciliations, calculations, breaches, regulatory reporting, CMAR submissions, CASS audits, resolution packs, controls, governance, training, and regulatory analysis. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, clients, auditors, banks, and custodians to ensure compliant client asset processes and systems.

Support securities account and PEA transfers across the post-trade lifecycle, coordinating with banks, brokers, custodians, clients, and internal teams. Reconcile securities and cash positions, investigate settlement fails and exceptions, preserve PEA tax continuity, process registered-share operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, document procedures, and identify automation opportunities during the French market launch.
